Privacy Policy

At Sheryn’s Hair Studio, I take your privacy seriously. For the safety of my clients, I maintain records of any health or medical conditions which may indicate that a particular service or treatment should not go ahead (eg. allergies, skin conditions, and/or sensitivities) or a particular product should not be used (eg. products containing nuts, wheat). These health records are not used for any other purpose. Client records are held securely within my salon software system and can only be seen by me.

Cancelation Policy

In order to continue providing the best possible scheduling options to my guests, cancelations require 24 hours notice to avoid a fee of $10 for a haircut and $30 for colour services. Fees applied will be due before a new appointment can be scheduled. COVID EXCEPTIONS: Currently. this policy does not apply to Covid-19 related issues.

Late Arrivals

I value your time and strive to always be punctual for your appointment. Services for clients running more than 15 minutes late will be adapted to fit the remaining appointment time without adjustment to pricing. Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to reschedule and cancelation fees will apply.

Adjustments

​I strive to offer my clients the highest level of satisfaction. If you are having challenges with your cut or color, please contact me within 7 days to correct the issue at no additional charge.

Retail Return Policy

Should you make a retail purchase you are unsatisfied with, let's find something better for you! Exchanges at full credit on lightly used products are accepted within 30 days of your initial purchase.
